FITNESS CLASS SCHEDULE/ FALL 2018

FITNESS FUSION

Instructor:  SHANNON DESROSIERS

Cost: $90, 18 classes total

Monday & Wednesday: 12:10-12:50pm

Want to get in the best shape of your life and maximize your calorie burn? Want to tone and strengthen your entire body, and teach your mind to push beyond your personal best? Let’s all supersede our fitness goals, with Strength and Interval training. Go beyond your comfort zone and burn calories while toning your entire body.  This class incorporates free weights, Swiss balls, steps and body weight to get you in the best shape of your life!

KETTLEBELL& CARDIO

Instructor:  KELLY NORMAN

Cost: $90, 18 classes total, Tuesday & Thursday: 11:10-11:50am

Kettlebell training is a one-of-a-kind workout requiring full-body integration and core stabilization. Many body parts are exercised simultaneously. Through rapid movement, kettlebells elevate the heart rate, offering both a strength & conditioning workout.

YOGA

Instructor:  LEN MACKEY

Cost: $90, 18 classes total

Tuesday & Thursday: 5-6PM

This class will focus on yoga basics, and help students refine postures and dive deeper into yoga practice inspiring other workouts as well as daily living. The class will  work on building strength while quieting the mind, in a way that benefits you throughout the day. A yoga mat is required.

STRONG I  (MONDAYS)

Instructor: KATE DEROCHIE

Cost: $40, 9 classes total Monday 5-6:05PM

Strong by Zumba is a class where every squat, every lunge, every push-up is driven by pumped-up music, helping you make it to that last rep, and maybe even five more. This is not a dance class, but the high energy music synchronized with bodyweight exercises will keep you moving. This is a class for all fitness levels.

STRONG II  (SATURDAY MORNINGS)

Instructor: KATE DEROCHIE

Cost: $40, 9 classes total, Saturday 10:15-11:20AM

PLEASE NOTICE:

*CLASSES BEGIN MONDAY, SEPTEMBER 10TH, AND RUN FOR 9 WEEKS.

*REGISTRATION IS REQUIRED. You are registered upon receipt of payment. If you would like to pay by credit card, please contact Marjorie Meashaw at x-6622.

Each class must have a minimum of 12 participants to be held. If the minimum number of participants is not met, you will be contacted and reimbursed if necessary.

ALL CLASSES are held in the back room of the FC. Please see Marjorie Meashaw for payment. Payment must be received by Wednesday, SEPTEMBER 5th.
