Research Project Workshop on Sept. 12

Dear Clarkson Faculty and Staff,

The Clarkson University Libraries will offer our second workshop of the fall Sept. 12 at 5pm in Rowley Lab 142 or remotely by Adobe Connect. (To attend remotely please click here.)

Papers Are Coming: Prepare for Your Research Project is geared toward students and will discuss how to get started on a research project, the basics of library databases, how to make the most of search results, and how to get one-on-one help with research.

Other planned workshop topics include:

  • Zotero citation manager

  • Evaluating sources

  • Getting Published & Avoiding Predatory journals

  • Finding images and multi-media for presentations.
