The Citation Secret Weapon: Zotero — workshop today

Dear Clarkson Faculty and Staff,

REMINDER: The Clarkson University Libraries spring workshop series continues today Tuesday, Feb. 26 at 5pm in Rowley 142 or remotely via Adobe Connect with The Citation Secret Weapon: Zotero. As requested last semester, this workshop will have a special Saturday encore Saturday, March 2 at 11am in Rowley 142.

Afraid of getting in trouble for plagiarizing? Intimidated by citations and reference lists? This workshop will discuss ways to avoid plagiarism and introduce you to the citation management software Zotero. Zotero helps organize your sources and save citation information… and helps you create your citations and reference lists!

Future workshops will include:

  • Diving into Primary Sources: Government Information for Humanities
  • Diving into Primary Sources: Government Information for Science & Engineering
  • Diving into Primary Sources: Government Information for Business
  • Pirates and Trolls, Oh My! Copyright & Patent 101

Please consider offering your students extra credit for attending one or more sessions. Email Lisa Hoover at lhoover@clarkson.edu to have attendance taken.
