Hello!
We are looking for a few students to help us out with the 2019 RAPS Conference on Saturday, April 13th.
Oral Presentations:
We need students to be Check-in & Room Monitors for Oral Presentation in Snell Hall from 8:30 AM- 10:50 AM. Each volunteer will be assigned a presentation session & room, where you will be there to run errands as needed, troubleshoot computer issues, and assist the session Chairs and Judges with anything needed etc.
· Morning Check-in: 7:30 am – 8:30 AM
· 1st session: 8:30 – 9:30 am
· 2nd session: 9:30 -10:40 am
· 3rd session: 10:50 -11:50 AM
Poster Presentations:
We need students to help at the Poster Session & Registration Table in Cheel Arena from 11:00 AM – 2:00 PM. These volunteers will be there to help judges with anything they may need and will distribute and collect Audience Award voting slips.
