Due to university needs and demand, the Human Resources department will be offering two additional performance management refresher training sessions this week. The training covers basic performance management and development, strategies on performance management, and hands-on training of the new electronic form; including some upgrades.
If you are a new employee and are unfamiliar with the Performance Management and Development tool, and the electronic evaluation form, it is imperative that you attend a training session.
