User Empathy
October 20th from 4-5:30 PM @ The Studio
The User Empathy Workshop will show participants how to apply Design Thinking principles to the persona creation and empathy mapping processes. IBM Facilitator Tyler King and Ignite Innovation Fellow Matt Hawthorne ‘19 MS ‘21 will illustrate the importance of empathy in the innovation cycle, present best practices, and walk attendees through a real example with potential users. The workshop will run on October 20th from 4-5:30 pm @ The Studio in BH Snell 238.
