Dear Clarkson Community,
Due to the unforeseen effects of COVID-19 and current New York State guidelines and regulations, we have decided to cancel this year’s Springfest concert. After much discussion between Clarkson’s student and University leaders, we feel that this is the best option to ensure the safety of our students and our community.
For those of you who have already purchased your tickets, refunds will be issued by the Cheel box office.
The purpose of the Clarkson Union Board is to serve the students of Clarkson by providing quality events and services. Part of this includes ensuring that all students remain safe and healthy. We look forward to being able to provide for our community again once it is deemed safe to do so, but as for now, we have an obligation to cancel events that would put you, the students we serve, at risk.
Remember, this is no one’s fault. We love the work we do at CUB and are discouraged by this decision as well. If you have any questions you can direct them to cub@clarkson.edu. Thank you for your understanding.
