RISE III to begin July 6th! It is our aim that all faculty preparing to teach Fall or Fall Quarter 2020 are enrolled to complete a RISE workshop this summer. If you have not already received a RISE confirmation and you are teaching this Fall, please contact helpdesk@clarkson.edu by July 3 to sign up for RISE III.
About RISE: In April, the Provost’s Office and the Teaching & Learning Corner announced the launch of RISE: Reframing Instruction for Success Everywhere – an online course design and delivery workshop experience for Clarkson educators. The RISE training initiative is Clarkson’s most inclusive professional development opportunity designed to prepare Clarkson faculty for the opportunity to teach online. Learn more about RISE.
RISE Cohort I Completed: Participants and facilitators wrapped up workshop activities in June just in time for summer instructional activities. Congrats to all who completed RISE I!
RISE Cohort II Underway: Nearly 120 active RISE participants are currently endeavoring to complete RISE II. Facilitators wish to recognize those meeting the challenges presented at this unique time. RISE participants are now well into Module 2 and will be cruising to completion in just a few short weeks.
