Dear Students,
You have been approved to quarantine beginning August 1 on-campus. Please note the information below:
Arrival:- All students must have a negative test result from a test taken within 7 days of arrival to Clarkson. The test results can be uploaded on myCU through the health records portal.- Check-in will be conducted at the Student Center between 8:00am on 4:00pm on August 1. If you cannot make it during that time please email reslife@clarkson.edu and we will arrange for your key to be at Campus Safety upon your arrival.- All students must be wearing a mask at the check-in location.- Keys will be distributed at the check-in location at the Student Center.
Move-In:- Only the Clarkson student and Clarkson personnel are allowed in residential spaces during this move-in. This is a curbside move-in. – Family members/guests are permitted on campus and can help unload at the curb.- Once the student has completed move-in the family members/guests will vacate campus.
Residence Hall Expectations:- All students must stay in their assigned living space throughout the 14 day quarantine.- Students living in traditional style housing (Brooks, Cubley, Reynolds, Ross, Hamlin & Powers) may leave their rooms with a mask on to use the restroom facilities.- All students living in the above residence halls will be assigned specific restroom facilities that the student can use.- All meals to students who are in traditional style & suite-style housing will have meals delivered daily. A Sodexo representative will be reaching out with the meal selection process.
