Push For Suicide Prevention – Push-up Challenge

Next Tuesday – Thursday, Nov. 3 – 5, Arnold Air Society will be holding a Push For Suicide Prevention – Push-up Challenge outside of the Student Center! Depression and suicide are serious problems that everyone has felt the impacts of, and those who Serve in the Armed Forces to keep the Nation safe face these issues very often. For $2, anyone can enter the push-up challenge, where they will perform as many push-ups as they can in one minute. The individual who wins this challenge will receive half of the money raised, and the other half will go to suicide prevention charities. For those who would like to, we will also be accepting donations that will go 100% to suicide prevention charities. Arnold Air Society is a professional, honorary, and service organization advocating the support of aerospace power. Arnold Air Society provides opportunities for officer candidates to participate in campus and community service activities, demonstrating the close relationship between civilian and military institutions.
