Building Access & Parking Lot Snow Removal Priorities for December 14, 2020 -January 1, 2021

Clarkson Community;

As we prepare for the University’s comprehensive winter break occurring between December 14 through January 1, 2021, many buildings on campus will be locked and only accessible if you have an University issued key

As shown on the attached map, we have designated the main entrances for individual buildings on the Hill campus that will be open/card access if you need to access campus during this period.  These entrances are aligned to the priorities for the Facilities staff to conduct potential snow removal.

  • BH Snell Hall – Both Accessible entry doors & NW corner parking lot entrance door
  • Clarkson Science Center – All Accessible entry doors & second floor west door (Facing lot 13)
  • Technology Advancement Center – Main doors, front and back
  • Schuler Educational Resource Center – Both Accessible entry doors
  • Student Center – Both Accessible entry doors
  • Rowley Laboratories – Two main entry doors
  • CAMP – Main Front & Back & Accessible entry doors
  • The Deneka Fitness Center & Stephenson Fieldhouse will have access on certain days/times only as shared in an earlier announcement.
  • All downtown campus facilities will have key card access only.

If you have any questions or need assistance, please contact clarksonhr@clarkson.edu, or in an emergency contact Campus Safety & Security at 315-268-6666.

Thank you.
