Strategies for Becoming your Best – Balanced Self (UNIV 102) is open to add to your schedule. By exploring the areas of physical, financial, intellectual, spiritual, social, and emotional wellness, students will begin to develop an individualized definition of success. You will learn about creating a work-life balance as your academic career becomes more rigorous with the goal of becoming better prepared for your professional job search, make confident academic major choices, and develop a greater understanding of post-graduate career options. Students will be encouraged to engage in decision making regarding curricular and co-curricular experiences from a wellness perspective.
