The Institute for STEM Education and the Office of Faculty Achievement invites internal applications for the new position of Associate Director of Faculty Support. This is an ideal pathway for entry into administration for a faculty member with demonstrative commitment to excellent teaching and a desire to support their colleagues. The successful candidate will have opportunities to implement their own ideas on fostering a campus community culture while developing, implementing and assessing programs that support teaching (for example, Teaching Circles, Classroom Pairs, Inclusive Curriculum Development, etc.) They will work closely with the STEM Institute Director, the Associate Provost for Faculty Achievement, and Department Chairs to fulfill faculty needs for support. The appointment is for two years and the compensation is two weeks of summer salary per year.
