With vaccines well under way, we believe it is important to have employees to provide Clarkson with your vaccine documentation. Based on conversations with our local medical experts about some restarting in-person activities, this information is useful in these deliberations. This information will not be shared with anyone except HR.
Please log into PeopleSoft -HR, on the home page you will see COVID Vaccine Proof. Please click on the icon and enter when you received your second shot if Pfizer or Moderna, or once Johnson & Johnson is approved, your initial shot. Take a picture of your vaccine record and upload it. This information will help with advocating for employees that have not yet been approved or employees who have been approved and have not been able to get appointments.
