COVID-19 Read: Vaccine Eligibility & Appointments

Vaccination Eligibility & Appointments

St. Lawrence County has just created a vaccination “wait list” for persons to be called when there are unused vaccinations/ appointments for a clinic/pod.  You can enter your data here:   https://www.stlawco.org/Departments/PublicHealth/CovidContactList  This is for anyone in the community to register. There is a question about persons who are not currently eligible but would be willing to help take unused appointments and vaccine that has been allocated and needs to be used.

New Yorkers who are 50+ were added this week to the vaccine eligibility list.  All University employees who work in person and who plan to work in person as soon as they are vaccinated  — inclusive of student workers — are eligible for the vaccine.  Please visit https://am-i-eligible.covid19vaccine.health.ny.gov/  to register for your vaccination as an in person higher education employee as part of your return to work plan.  There are many appointments still available this week and next at SUNY Potsdam at the Mass Vaccination site.  You can also make them at the St. Lawrence County level as residents, inclusive of students, including tomorrow (Thursday, March 25 from 8am to 4pm) at the St. Lawrence Center Mall (Old TJ Maxx Store),  6100 Mall Rd, Massena NY 13662. You must register in advance at https://www.stlawco.org/news/vaccine-registration-st-lawrence-centre-mall-massena-march-25
