HelpDesk wants to hear from you.

Office of Information Technology HelpDesk has launched an new initiative designed to improve service to students, staff and faculty. 

Everyone will now receive an invitation to complete a feedback survey each time OIT staff resolves a case. Look for the Take Our Survey link located in the resolution email received from Request Tracker (RT) or [rt.clarkson.edu #…]. All are encouraged to complete this optional survey.

The survey is just 7 questions and will
only take a few minutes to complete.  

Survey results will allow OIT to closely monitor end user satisfaction. Plans are to incorporate findings into ongoing efforts for continuous improvement. Survey launched late March 2021.

OIT HelpDesk delivers information technology service and support for Clarkson students, staff and faculty. RT is the ticketing system used by HelpDesk to manage support cases as they are created, updated, and resolved.
