COVID-19 Case & Quarantine Update: It was another day of no new cases and all surveillance testing coming back negative! The University Care Team is now supporting five students with active cases and eight students in quarantine on and off campus. We wish everyone good health and a speedy return to the end of the Spring semester activities.
Vaccination Appointments Available at SUNY Potsdam site: Not all parts of NYS have easy access to COVID-19 vaccines. Sign up here and fit in both shots locally before you head out for summer and help get back to full normal now and into the fall semester. https://am-i-eligible.covid19vaccine.health.ny.gov/ Here is more information on about the vaccines and their importance: https://covid19vaccine.health.ny.gov/
Uploading Vaccination Information: Thank you to the more than 900 members of our Clarkson community who have uploaded a vaccine documentation this past month and will help us plan for the summer and fall terms.
- Students to MyCU: Students can upload a picture of their COVID-19 Vaccination Record Card on myCU after the second dose of a two-dose vaccine or after a single-dose vaccine. On myCU, navigate to the Knight Hub, select the “COVID Vaccine Proof” tile, type the date of the final dose received, and upload a picture of the front of the COVID-19 Vaccination Record Card with all information visible.
- Employees to Peoplesoft-HR: Please log into PeopleSoft -HR. On the home page you will see COVID Vaccine Proof. Please click on the icon and enter when you received your second shot of Pfizer or Moderna, or your initial Johnson & Johnson shot. Take a picture of your vaccine record and upload it.
