This weekend (Friday, September 17, and Saturday, September 18), Development and Alumni Relations will be hosting the previous two years’ 50th-anniversary classes and some of the Alumni Association Award recipients.
Woodstock Lodge will be the registration check-in headquarters. Guests have been directed to use the small parking lot between Bertrand H. Snell Hall and Woodstock Lodge, and the parking lot adjoining Woodstock Lodge and the Science Center (two rows closest to Woodstock). Faculty and staff who normally use these spaces are asked to please use alternative parking on, Friday, 9/17, and Saturday, 9/18.
On Friday, event staff and OIT will be setting up for Friday evening’s celebration in the ERC Atrium starting at 9 AM. To minimize disruption while the gathering is in progress, please use the second-floor corridor for passage in the ERC (event will run from 4:30 PM – 8 PM). We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.
