On behalf of the Presidential Search Committee, thank you for your ongoing support and commitment to our search process for Clarkson’s 17th president.

It describes the expectations for the new President at Clarkson University and outlines the qualities, characteristics and experiences we are looking for in the next leader to address the challenges and opportunities ahead. This document was created based on the thoughtful and forward-looking input shared by the Board of Trustees, Faculty, Staff, Students and Alumni at more than 20 stakeholder listening sessions, as well as responses to the survey, available on the website for input from the University community.
Our search consultants at Issacson Miller will use the Leadership Profile in conversations with prospective candidates.
