Provost Hannigan has announced the start of the current strategic planning process, which includes open forums for each of the major strategic initiatives (link to details). The Graduate School and the Office of Sponsored Research Services will co-host the next session to discuss the strategic scenarios to gather input, answer questions, and get some refinement around these ideas in these areas as we move forward with the next steps of the process.
The goals of this open forum are to
- Review & brief discussion regarding current Clarkson Graduate School & Sponsored Research & Innovation metrics
- Introduce the concept and vision for these initiatives
- Encourage open discussion – clarification, ideas, concerns
- Identify next steps and opportunities for all units to participate
