Student Coordinator Positions for SSS

Student Support Services is looking for two student workers to serve as Student Coordinators. We are also looking for one student worker to serve as an office assistant. We are looking for motivated individuals that can work independently on projects under the guidance of the SSS staff. Each student coordinator role will require a different set of skills. 

Data and Analytics: The Data and Analytics Student Coordinator will work closely with the SSS staff to oversee data collection and data entry. This position required knowledge of excel, google sheets and general computer skills. Students in this role will also get the opportunity to assist the SSS team in making updates to the Student Success Center webpage and work with the other student coordinators to create a digital resource library for students to access. 

Managing and Programming: The Managing and Programming Student Coordinator will assist the SSS team with planning and overseeing events and projects. This student will also be in charge of creating schedules, agendas and being the “go-to” student for the other SSS student workers. This position requires strong communication, creativity and most importantly organizational skills. The student in this role will also get the opportunity to work with the other student coordinator to create a digital resource library for the students to access. 

Office Assistant: The student office assistant role will assist the SSS team with keeping the office running on a daily basis. This student will promptly answer phone calls and emails, greet students when they enter the office and assist with day to day tasks and organization. This position requires good communication skills, basic computer knowledge and organizational skills.
