Changes in HR Support Recruiting, Hiring and Training Practices

Human Resources announces staff changes aimed at improving and enhancing University recruitment and training practices.

Caity McGregor

Caity McGregor has been promoted to Talent Acquisition Manager. In this role, Caity will serve as a strategic recruiting consultant to University leadership, hiring managers, senior HR business partners and the compensation team. Additionally, Caity will provide coaching, guidance and assistance to hiring authorities across campus on all aspects of recruitment. This promotion will allow Caity to ensure effective recruiting strategies are maintained.

Pallabita Paul

HR welcomes Pallabita Paul who has been brought on board as Faculty Recruiter/Training & Analytics and who will be reporting to Caity.  Pallabita will take over all aspects of faculty recruitment, developing the faculty recruitment practice and serving as the primary recruiter for faculty hires.  Pallabita will collaborate with senior directors, chairs, and deans to create a recruitment-focused community and proactively identify hiring needs.  She will also be responsible for developing University training programs for University staff while compiling data and metrics for HR and Payroll.  Pallabita is a recent CU MBA grad who has over 12 years of experience in the human resources industry.

Jane Gravlin

To complete the team, Jane Gravlin, Staffing and Onboarding Specialist, will now report to Caity.  Jane will continue to concentrate on staff recruitment and hiring. With these adjustments Human Resources looks forward to improved recruiting, hiring and training practices to meet the needs of and strengthen the campus community.
