All Clarkson University students are encouraged to participate in the National College Health Assessment (NCHA) sponsored and distributed by the American College Health Association (ACHA). The ACHA-NCHA is a survey designed to assess student health behaviors. Your participation and ability to provide accurate information regarding your health and wellness behaviors will assist Clarkson in assessing service and support needs for our students.
All Clarkson students who complete this survey will be automatically entered into a random drawing! Three (3) student winners will be selected and each will have their choice of one of the following items.
- Apple AirPods Pro
- JBL Flip 5 Waterproof Portable Wireless Bluetooth Speaker and divvi! Protective Hardshell Case
- Item of their choice (at the discretion of the University) from Amazon, equal to or less than a total of $150
On Monday, April 4, 2022 at 10:00 a.m. all Clarkson students received an email from “National College Health Assessment” that contains a link to complete the survey. Participants are required to complete the survey via that link. The survey is open until Friday, April 22nd. Winners will be selected and notified within the following two weeks and will be shipped to the student.
This is an online survey that will take approximately 20-30 minutes. We encourage you to complete the survey in one sitting.
