Walk With A Doc for National Physical Therapy Month

October is National Physical Therapy Month!! 

Join community physical therapists and other clinicians in the Walk With A Doc October event at Remington Trail in Canton, Saturday October 1st at 10 am! 

Dr. Stacey Zeigler, PT, Clinical Professor of Physical Therapy will be presenting on “Move it or lose it: How movement and lifespan are connected.” Walks begin with a brief discussion on a current health topic and then participants enjoy a healthy walk and conversation.

Walking is one of the best things you can do for your health. Many diseases, conditions, and ailments can be prevented or even healed by participating in regular physical activity.
