Graduate Admissions Counselor (Schenectady, NY)
- Position Summary: The Graduate Admissions Counselor is the primary point of contact for prospective students from their initial interest until they are accepted into one of Clarkson’s Professional Graduate Programs. They guide interested prospects through the application process, and actively communicate with prospects to assure exceptional service. Internally, they maintain records of all interactions and manage related systems and processes as a prospect inquires, applies, and is accepted or rejected. The position may require some evening and weekend work, flexible hours and occasional travel. This position is based in Schenectady, New York.
- General Purpose: The graduate admissions counselor is responsible for guiding interested prospects through the application process; including processing and reviewing applications for graduate admission.

Data Warehouse ETL Developer (Potsdam, NY)
- Position Summary: The Data Warehouse Extract/Transform/Load (ETL) developer will design and implement data structures and ETL processes. The developer will build ETL pipelines to ingest the data from heterogeneous sources into the data warehouse. The position requires excellent business and communication skills, and working with business owners to understand data requirements and make data-related decisions. The position will require the individual to learn new tools and technologies fast, requires an in-depth database knowledge as well as basic programming and scripting skills. The developer will build efficient and stable data pipelines which can be easily maintained in the future. The individual should have expertise in the design, creation, management, and business use of large relational datasets.
- General Purpose: Support of the University Data warehouse
- Minimum qualifications: Bachelor’s Degree and two (2) years of experience in ETL processes OR Associates Degree and four (4) years of experience in ETL processes.

Senior Groundskeeper (Potsdam, NY)
- Position Summary: This role performs a wide range of skilled and semi-skilled duties designed to maintain and preserve the health and beauty of the landscape for all properties managed by the Clarkson University department of Facilities and Services. Performs routine care of cultivated and surfaced areas to include but not limited to planting, mowing, edging, weeding, trimming, pruning, spraying (including pesticides, fertilizing, watering), landscaping, demolition, land renovation, and tree/debris removal. Maintains grounds using various types of equipment. Provide manpower support to other trade areas as needed.
- General Purpose: Maintain a safe and beautiful campus for students, visitors and employees.
- Minimum qualifications High School Diploma or equivalent and 1 year grounds experience.
