Hello! Our names are Mackenzie Lamon and Abby LaClair, and we are second-year PA students at Clarkson University. We would like to invite you to participate in our research project on premenstrual syndrome and how it affects the quality of life as a female.
The title of our research is “Premenstrual Syndrome: Symptom Management in a Rural Community.” The survey offers 15 questions concerning aspects of your quality of life in regard to PMS symptoms and will be preceded by questions to gather demographic data. The entire survey should take about 5-10 minutes to complete. Participation in this survey is completely voluntary and greatly appreciated.
