Employees and students can elect to receive Form W-2 Wage and Tax Statement electronically via PeopleSoft. Benefits include:
· An electronic W-2 form is available to you quicker than a paper copy provided by the University.
· W-2 forms back to 2014 are available year round.
· Because a paper copy of the W-2 is not required for those eligible to file a tax return electronically, not printing all W-2 forms is less wasteful for the University.
· Additionally, the University doesn’t have to purchase extra costly forms and envelopes.
Employees and students are encouraged to sign up to take advantage of this opportunity.
