IT HelpDesk prepares to move to the ERC

We are in the process of opening a new walk-up service location for the IT HelpDesk. Its new location will be on the second floor of the ERC, in the freshly renovated space. It is our hope that this new location will be more convenient for the campus community.

As we prepare to move, we are also onboarding some new staff members. Until we are fully staffed, our hours of availability will be altered. Please see below for this adjusted schedule:

OIT Helpdesk

During our transition, phones will be open:

Monday – Thursday: 7:30am – 7:00pm
Friday: 7:30am – 4:30pm

And walk-in assistance will be available:

  • Monday – Friday: 7:30am – 4:30pm in CAMP 171A
  • Monday – Thursday: 4:00pm7:00pm in the ERC*

*Please understand that our evening hours are staffed by student assistants. These student assistants have limited permissions to make account changes, but if they are not able to solve your problem they will gladly take your information and have an OIT staff member follow-up with you the next business day.
