Position Description: Program Assistants are the “big sisters” that guide the participants through their entire stay on campus. They are responsible to promote a sense of community among the participants, foster an appreciation for social and cultural differences, promote an atmosphere conducive to personal growth and development, and ensure safety and well-being. Program Assistants walk their young charges to classes and meals, provide after-hours activities and encourage participants to understand the excitement of math, science, and engineering. Program Assistants assist instructors during classroom activities if needed.
Start Date: July 15, 2019
End Date: August 3, 2019
Salary Range: $2,000 – $2,800 (Hourly)
