Quality Matters is the gold standard in online education (Why QM?). As an institutional member of Quality Matters, Clarkson encourages faculty in all disciplines to apply Quality Matters design principles in their courses.
APPQMR attendees learn about QM’s 8 essential areas and their 42 specific review standard competencies that make for a quality course. The certificate you earn when you successfully complete the workshop, assures that you can complete a self review of your course. The self review uncovers areas for improvement and provides a set of action items putting your course on the path to QM certification.
