KETTLEBELL& CARDIO

Instructor:  KELLY NORMAN

Cost: $80, 8 weeks, 16 classes total

Tuesday & Thursday: 11:10-11:50am, Start date: September 17th

Kettlebell training is a one-of-a-kind workout requiring full-body integration and core stabilization. Many body parts are exercised simultaneously. Through rapid movement, kettlebells elevate the heart rate, offering both a strength & conditioning workout.

YOGA

Instructor:  LEN MACKEY

Cost: $80, 8 weeks, 16 classes total

Tuesday & Thursday: 6-7pm, Start date: September 17th

This class will focus on yoga basics, and help students refine postures and dive deeper into yoga practice inspiring other workouts as well as daily living. The class will work on building strength while quieting the mind, in a way that benefits you throughout the day. A yoga mat isrequired.

FITNESS FUSION

Instructor: SHANNON DESROSIERS

Cost: $80, 8 weeks, 16 classes total

Monday & Wednesday: 12:15-12:55pm, Start date: September 23rd
