Step In and Speak Out for the Great Lakes: Envisioning Their Future and Ours with the International Joint Commission

On October 9th, the newly appointed Commissioners of the International Joint Commission will be on Clarkson campus specifically to meet with undergraduate and graduate students with an interest in Great Lakes issues.  The day-long event will have over forty students from the universities across New York and Ontario working closely with the Commissioners in small group settings to predict wat the future for the Great Lakes will look like and what needs to be done to get there.  The focus is on the Commissioners interacting with students, however, faculty and staff are invited to the Student Center MPR from 1:30-2:30 to view student posters along with the IJC Commissioners and IJC staff. This event is supported by the ISE and the Great Lakes Research Consortium, which Clarkson is a member institution.  Contact Michael Twiss (mtwiss@clarkson.edu) for further information
