Human Trafficking is seldom discussed and often overlooked, but it is a very real and prevalent issue today. Whether it be labor or sex trafficking, it is an active crime. The North Country, as a border region, is at the forefront of the issue.
On October 29th, 7pm, at Clarkson University, prominent officials of the Human Trafficking Task Force will be speaking on the challenges surrounding the prosecution of this crime and how to recognize it in our own communities. Among the speakers are:
