This class is an introduction to weight training class. We will start slow with the basics, gradually progressing focusing on the importance of good form and proper technique providing you with a total body workout.
KETTLEBELL& CORE

Kettlebell training is a one-of-a-kind workout requiring full-body integration and core stabilization. Many body parts are exercised simultaneously. Through rapid movement, kettlebells elevate the heart rate, offering both a strength, conditioning and core workout.Kickboxing & Core ConditioningInstructor: Laryssa Terleckyj Monday & Wednesday, 5-6 pm, Started November 11th, 10 classes total
This is a 55-minute high-energy, non-contact, mixed-martial arts inspired workout. You can burn up to 740 calories through different combinations of punches and kicks set to music to keep you focused, motivated, and energized. This class is great for stress relief, core strengthening, and brings out the fighter in you! No previous martial art’s experience required.
