WEIGHT TRAINING 101
Instructor: KATHERINE CATIMON
Cost: $60, 6 weeks, 12 classes
Monday & Wednesday 12:10-12:50pm, Start date: February 3rd
So you want to start a strength training routine? You’ve heard that among other excellent advantages, lifting weights is a great way to reduce body fat, increase bone density, lower your risk for heart disease and decrease your blood pressure and cholesterol levels; only you’re unsure about exactly where to start?
KETTLEBELL& CARDIO
Instructor: KELLY NORMAN
Cost: $90, 8 weeks, 16 classes total
Tuesday & Thursday: 11:10-11:50am, Start date: February 4th
Kettlebell training is a one-of-a-kind workout requiring full-body integration and core stabilization. Many body parts are exercised simultaneously. Through rapid movement, kettlebells elevate the heart rate, offering both a strength & conditioning workout.
YOGA
Instructor: LEN MACKEY
Cost: $90, 8 weeks, 16 classes total
Tuesday & Thursday: 6-7pm, Start date: February 24th
This class will focus on yoga basics, and help students refine postures and dive deeper into yoga practice inspiring other workouts as well as daily living. The class will work on building strength while quieting the mind, in a way that benefits you throughout the day. A yoga mat is required.
FITNESS FUSION
Instructor: SHANNON DESROSIERS
Cost: $90, 8 weeks, 16 classes total
Tuesday & Thursday: 12:15-12:55pm, Start date: February 4th

This class incorporates free weights, Swiss balls, steps and body weight to get you in the best shape of your life!
