There’s a lot going on in the next few weeks, and this email serves to inform you of what’s happening, and what you should be planning for.
Enrollment for Spring Quarter classes begins on Friday, February 14th. You should enroll in your courses for the upcoming term through myCU (PeopleSoft) at that time. Watch this video for instructions on how to enroll. The enrollment period ends at the end of the day on Monday, February 24th.
Prior to enrollment:
· Contact your academic advisor to set up an advising appointment or discuss your plans for the next term (your advisor must remove your advising hold before you can enroll).
· Review your Advisement Report in myCU (PeopleSoft) to find out what courses you still need to take.
· Resolve any holds you may have on your account.
· Make sure you know where, and how to log in! mycu.clarkson.edu
Please keep in mind that you have until the end of the day on February 24th to enroll in your courses. If you do not enroll by that date, a late enrollment hold will be placed on your account which will prevent you from being able to enroll until you have been cleared by your SAS Rep. You may also be charged a late enrollment fee.
Non-Degree Students who wish to take courses during the spring term should also meet with an academic advisor and enroll in courses during the enrollment period. Students who are planning to apply to a degree or certificate program should contact graduate admissions as soon as possible (graduate@clarkson.edu or 518-631-9910).
If you are having difficulties logging into myCU (PeopleSoft), contact the OIT Helpdesk at 315-268-HELP, or by sending an email to helpdesk@clarkson.edu
If you are not planning to return to Clarkson this spring, please let your Graduate Coordinator know as soon as possible.
