Clarkson Alum Jim Snyder ’87, presents the Ignite Masterclass on Strategic Finance & Accounting. Participants will learn the essential principles needed to understand accounting and finance and how they apply to running a small business. It will include skills such as:
• Recognizing basic financial reporting scorecards
• Appreciating Return on Investment calculations as well as the criticality of risk
• Understanding the capital budgeting process and decision-making
• Becoming familiar with The Dupont Model and its uses
This event will be held on Saturday, February 1st from 9 am – 2 pm in The Studio (Room 238) in BH Snell Hall at Clarkson University. Lunch will be provided for those who attend.
