1095C Health Insurance Creditable Coverage Forms for 2019 are now available.
To access your form please log into the Benefit Solver portal and using the instructions below to print your form.
Log onto Clarkson University intranet website: https://intranet.clarkson.edu/ using your Clarkson username and password.
1.Click on ‘Quick Links’ scroll to bottom of list select ‘Additional Links’ or click on Human Resources & Careers; select ‘CU Benefit Portal (Benefit Solver)’
