Reminder about Workload Equity Policy open discussion sessions

What is a workload equity policy? How can a workload equity policy, created by the faculty,  enhance campus climate? Have questions about the motivations for this effort?

Ensuring that the breadth and depth of faculty work is recognized, merited, and visible is just one of the reasons we are, collectively, establishing a workload equity policy.  No one knows better than the faculty the necessary work that must be done to maintain and expand Clarkson’s excellence in teaching and scholarship.

The open forums (drop in as you can!) noted below are designed to provide a forum for collaboration and conversation around the common and distinctive work done by all. We will discuss the motivations behind the effort, the overarching goals and principles, and what commonalities and unique contributions faculty share that will help ensure we craft a living, dynamic, and inclusive workload equity policy to support faculty achievement.

I look forward to meeting with you all at one of the sessions noted below.
