Just wanted to share an update on TIAA’s communication strategy to participants during this turbulent time in the market. Here are some outreaches that are coming soon.
- Email from Roger Ferguson, TIAA President and CEO – An email is going out to all participants today. You should receive it before EOD.
- Follow-up email – There MAY be a follow-up email going out next week, but that is still being determined. I will keep you posted.
- Market volatility live webinar – I sent you an email about this last week; it contained a flyer that you can use to help promote this to employees. TIAA has also posted this in several online locations. This webinar is happening tomorrow, but it will be recorded and available at TIAA.org/webinars for 30 days afterwards.
