The Spring 2020 Research and Projects Showcase, also known as “e-RAPS,” will showcase oral lightning talks and narrated poster presentations for undergraduate and graduate students and their associated groups.e-RAPS will be available online from 8:00am EST, Friday, April 24, through 3:00pm EST, Saturday, April 25, 2020. The event presentation pages will be closed after 3:00pm EST on Saturday, April 25 2020.

You will note that the site automatically sends a viewer to the Code of Conduct page, where we ask participants (presenters and visitors) to review and adhere to the policies.
General Site Navigation
Navigation of the event page will allow you to view the welcome video, view and download an abstract and program book, and awards page with a general audience vote for best presentation, and to find presentations organized by undergraduate and graduate student oral lightning talks and poster presentations and the associated sessions under each of those four categories.
Under each session, there will be a list of presenting author names that serve as a link to individual presentations’ pages.
Q&A Forum
For each presentation there will be a link to the presentation and comments sections. The comments section is where the audience can ask questions of the presenters. Presenters are asked to monitor their pages several times a day and to respond to questions. It goes without saying that comments and questions should adhere to professional behavior expected and outlined in the Code of Conduct.
Judging and Awards
Presentations will be judged by various faculty and field experts (professional judging), along with general audience voting. Awards will be announced via an awards presentation release at 8:00pm EST, Sunday, April 26. Presenters will receive individual emails if they are an award recipient and all others will be able to see the announcement on the e-RAPS website shared earlier in this email and a campus announcement the week following the event.
