Masudul H. Imtiaz has been appointed assistant professor of electrical & computer engineering at Clarkson University.
He received his Ph.D. in electrical engineering from University of Alabama and both his master of science and bachelor of science degrees in applied physics, electronics and communication engineering from University of Dhaka.
Imtiaz’s research interests include the development of wearable systems, mHealth, deep learning on wearables, biomedical signal processing, and computational intelligence for preventive, diagnostic, and assistive technology with a special focus on health monitoring.
He has co-published in Electronics, Sensors, Control, and Nicotine & Tobacco Research, among other publications.
Imtiaz was previously a post-doctoral fellow in the Department of Electrical & Computer Engineering at the University of Alabama.
