The Dorf Makerspace is hosting the first workshop this semester for 3D Printing and Printing Methods. The workshops this semester will be held on Sundays beginning at 1:00 pm in the Dorf Makerspace, ERC Room 1114. The 3D Printing and Printing Methods workshop will present information and instruction on 3D modeling, how to submit a print to the Makerspace for processing, what printing methods are available, and what options for the various printing methods you have to choose from. The Makerspace has Ultimaker units which print in PLA or TPU, a Markforged printer for composite materials, and a Formlabs printer with various resins to choose from depending on your prototype/project needs.
