How do I order meals?
- RoBro, Servery, Marketplace Deli, and Grab and Go:
- Meals at these locations should be ordered in advance at go.clarkson.edu/dining.
- These locations accept Meal Swipe, Declining Balance (DB) or credit card as payment.
- Choose “Meal Exchange Menu” when using Meal Swipes.
- Orders placed at the Servery will result in a text message when the order has been fulfilled and is ready to be picked up.
- RoBro is an “all you care to eat” location.
- When ordering online, students can choose the Meal Exchange Menu to order up to two meals per station at a time (maximum 8 meals per single order).
- Grab and Go must be ordered 24 hours in advance for pickup at either Concrete Cafe or Marketplace Deli.
- Subway:
- Meals can be ordered in-person at this location, while practicing physical distancing.
- This location accepts Meal Swipe, DB, Knight Card, cash, or credit card as payment.
What menu options are available at each dining location?
- RoBro features four stations: The Grill, Pizza, Simple Servings (a station free of the top 8 allergens), and Rustic Roots (a vegetarian/vegan station). Hot breakfast and continental breakfast are also served.
- The Servery features four stations: The Grill, Taqueria, Pasta, and Global Grill which features daily specials.

What is Knight Card vs. DB vs. Meal Swipes?
- Knight Card, utilized through your student ID card, functions similarly to a debit card and can be used at various businesses throughout the Potsdam community as well as vending machines and at Subway on campus. However, Knight Card cannot be utilized at other campus dining locations.
- We encourage students to add funds to their DB (Declining Balance) to be used at campus dining when not using Meal Exchange. To add funds to Declining Balance, students should email studentfinancials@clarkson.edu with their full name, student ID number, and the amount of money they would like to add. Declining Balance funds roll over from fall to spring but do not roll over between academic years (from spring to fall).
- Students should choose “Meal Exchange Menu” for online ordering when using Meal Swipes if they want to use a Meal rather than DB.

How can I get faster service at Clarkson dining locations?
- Students may choose an off-peak time for a better, faster experience. Peak times are 7:30a-8:30a, 11:30a-12:30p, and 6p-7p.
Where can I order salads and sandwiches?
- Entree salads and sandwiches can be purchased through Grab and Go and picked up at either the Concrete Cafe or Marketplace Deli. Grab and Go must be ordered 24 hours in advance.
- As of last week, a salad-of-the-day option has been added to RoBro.
Where are Clarkson dining locations?
- Subway is located in Cheel Campus Center.
- Servery, Late Night, and Marketplace Deli are in the Student Center.
- Concrete Cafe is in the Science Center.
- RoBro is in the Ross-Brooks residence hall complex.
What are the dining service hours?

- Servery: Mon-Sun 11a-8p

- If you have food allergies or dietary restrictions, we have an allergen-free station located at RoBro called Simple Servings void of the 8 most-common allergens, as well as a vegan/vegetarian station, Rustic Roots.
