New Employee Michael Matthews Joins IT HelpDesk Team

The Office of Information Technology (OIT) is excited to announce the hire of Michael Matthew in the role of IT HelpDesk Support Representative.  He will be located primarily at the IT HelpDesk on the second floor of the Educational Resource Center.  In this role, he joins long-serving colleague Kurt Besaw as the “first line of technical support” for the entire Clarkson University community. 

Michael is a North Country native with previous helpdesk experience in a higher-education setting and holds an Associate’s Degree in Computer Information Systems.

The HelpDesk hours are Monday through Thursday, 7:30am to 7:00pm; and Friday, 7:30am to 5:00pm. During this time, we are encouraging faculty, staff, and students to contact the helpdesk via email or phone, but walk-in support is available as needed.
