Dear Class of 2021 Graduating Students,
Graduation is how we mark our time together as Golden Knights and how we share this milestone with our families and friends. With the federal government and New York State slowly evolving their gathering guidelines, we have been talking with student leaders about anticipated events in May to plan a memorable Commencement ceremony for graduating students.
As the graduating students have just six weeks of classes left before they complete their degrees, we are collaborating to explore alternatives and reaching out to you to understand your preferences on the best way to plan commencement.
The CUSA Senate and Administrators planning Commencement for the Class of 2021 would like to invite you to a commencement panel discussion on Monday, March 22nd at 12pm to learn more about New York State gathering guidelines, safety plans, and options for a safe commencement ceremony.
You can join the panel at http://bit.ly/cucommencement2021. Following the panel a survey will be shared to gather more input on options for commencement. We hope you can join us and are looking forward to coming together to celebrate your achievements as much as we are.
Sincerely,
Avery Pardis
