COVID-19 Read: Case & Quarantine Update | Vaccine Eligibility & New Processes for 16+ to 18 Year Old Persons

Golden Knights,

COVID-19 Case & Quarantine Update:   University Care Team Members are supporting 14 students with active COVID-19 cases on and off campus, and 22 students in quarantine as mandated by public health. We also have two employees in isolation.  Please stop the spread by continuing to follow the protocols that keep all Golden Knights healthy and safe.

Vaccine Eligibility Open to 16+:  As of yesterday, all members of our Clarkson community who are 16 years of age and older are eligible to be vaccinated with no other eligibility criteria required. Students who are not New Yorkers are eligible and can use their Clarkson address and take their Clarkson ID card to the vaccination clinics.  Please go to:  https://am-i-eligible.covid19vaccine.health.ny.gov/ to register and make an appointment.

For students who are ages 16 to under 18, please see the announcement posted earlier this afternoon on the changes in process at SUNY Potsdam’s Vaccination site and the required consent from parents or guardians.

If you have any questions about this communication, please contact clarksonhr@clarkson.edu (employees),  studentaffairs@clarkson.edu (students) and/or me.
