I am very pleased to announce that Regis Quirin started October 3rd as the new Director
of Budgets and Planning, reporting to our CFO Ken Kline.
Regis brings with him to Clarkson an extensive background in accounting, finance, and
risk; in both business-to-consumer and business-to-business settings.
Regis holds a degree from New York University (B.A. Economics) and an MBA from
Fordham University. Regis’s background is in the private sector and includes such
firms such as the New York Stock Exchange, JPMorgan Chase, and GMAC, Regis also is a
certified SCORE Mentor to Small Businesses specializing in the area of start-ups and
turnarounds.
Please join me in welcoming Regis and his wife Karen [Professor in the OT program,
starting Clarkson January 1, 2023] to the Clarkson Community. Regis and Karen have
three children, Carley, Matthew, and Devin. Carley is a practicing Occupational
Therapists in Oregon; Matthew is an Engineering student at Washington University; and
Devin is a Wind Turbine Technician in New York State.
