Mental health awareness
Mindful awareness can help with mental health challenges such as anxiety and depression. It can also help improve focus and mood and lower blood pressure. Just 5 minutes of mindfulness or meditation a day has been shown to have positive health impacts. So take time this month for a mindfulness break each day (tip: set an alarm on your phone).
