Visiting Instructor of Data Science (Potsdam, NY)
Position Summary Guidelines: Position Summary Guidelines: MS -Applied Data Science is seeking to hire an instructor to teach core and elective courses in our curriculum, in our residential and online program . The courses include, but are not limited to IA 530: Probability and Statistics for Analytics, IA 640 Information Visualization, IA 502: Introduction to Probability and Statistics prerequisite course as well as possible elective courses. The projected teaching load is 4+4 The position is for 2 years and it is planned to start in August 2023.
Minimal Qualifications: MS in Applied Data Science or related field. . requirements should be completed by the time work commences.
Experience:
Minimal Experience: 2 years of professional experience in data analyst and corporate data management and 2 years of experience as instructor and/or teaching assistant in data science courses.

University Internal Auditor (Potsdam, NY)
Position Summary: The University Internal Auditor shall be responsible for the review and audit of university programs, cost centers, federal rate determinations, departments and general university financial transaction. This work will be directed by the Chief Financial Officer. The University Internal Auditor will report to the Chief Financial Officer while maintaining an independent direct reporting relationship to the Audit Committee Chair.
Minimum qualifications Bachelor’s degree from accredited College or University in accounting, finance or business administration or a related field of study, 2-4 years of experince directly related to the duties and responsibilities specified.

Research Associate (Potsdam, NY)
Position Summary: This position will be responsible for working on the planarization of sophisticated interconnect structures, which are crucial for improving the performance and reliability of integrated circuits. In addition, the post-doctoral research will focus on the development and optimization of chemical mechanical planarization (CMP) and post-CMP cleaning techniques. Research projects are funded by multiple industry projects from consumable companies to worldwide chip makers. Support is available for the post-doctoral researcher for two years on these currently funded projects with the possibility of extension depending on funding availability.
Minimum qualifications A Ph.D., in Chemical or Energy engineering is required.

Position Summary: The Project Accounting Analyst shall be responsible for the review of all existing restricted and designated project accounts to determine the source of funding and related expenditures to confirm current project balances and project status.
